Local buds Black Dots finished up a new batch of tunes at the studio a little while back and today I finally got around to mastering them! ( I took almost a month off to have a new baby and they were very understanding ) It was a pleasure tracking these songs and I'm sure they can't wait to get them into the world. It's been years since we worked together. They were one of the brave bands that recorded with me when the studio was still in my basement at least 7 years ago, I'm guessing. It's great to hear how far the band has come over these years and I like to think that I have as an engineer as well. These songs are high energy, heart felt, catchy and loud!
